Kingnix ‘s warranty obligations for our Mp3 players are limited to the terms set forth below. This limited Warranty applies only to the Mp3 players manufactured by Kingnix Technology Co. Ltd.
A. RMA number to return the goods
1) By Fax or E-mail or Phone, please provide the Model number and describe the situation of the Mp3 players. Our after sales members will have an initial analysis against defects within 24 hours.
2) After 24 hours, if the defects can’t be removed, our after-sales members will issue you an RMA number for returning the goods.
3) When you return the product to us, please write RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Products should arrive at our facility within 14 days of the date we issued the RMA number.
B. Replacement and Repair Guidelines
Kingnix Technology Co. Ltd warrants the Mp3 players against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the on-board date of the goods.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Kingnix within One (1) Year Warranty Period, at its option, Kingnix will:
1) 0-30 Days after on board date (based on invoice date)
We will provide you with a replacement for DOA (Defect On Arrival), within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
2) Within one (1) Year after on board date (based on invoice date)
Kingnix repairs the products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
3) Out of One (1) Year Warranty Period (based on invoice date)
Kingnix will repair a defective product out of one (1) year warranty period. But the handling charge & the cost of replacement component & shipping charge will be applied to any repair.
C. Exceptions to the above Guidelines
This Warranty does not apply:
1) Damage caused by the mishandling shipment.
2) Damage caused by accident or misuse.
D. Shipping & Freight Charge
1) Within one (1) Year Warranty Period, Kingnix will share one way of the freight charge. The customer pays the freight charge to return the goods to our service center in Hong Kong. After repair, Kingnix will cover the freight charge to ship the goods back to you.
2) Please be sure the defective Mp3 players are packed well to avoid any damage in the shipment.
3) Please return only Mp3 players without any accessories and the gift-box.
